Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. We also collect usage data such as the niches you create, searches you perform, and credits you consume.

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the AugurAI service
• Process payments and manage your subscription via Lemon Squeezy
• Send transactional emails (e.g. payment receipts)
• Monitor for abuse and enforce our Terms of Service

Your data is stored in the European Union via Supabase (PostgreSQL). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and tax compliance
• Vercel — hosting and edge functions
• OpenAI — AI-powered content analysis (no personal data is sent)
• Sentry — error monitoring

We use a single session cookie for authentication and a NEXT_LOCALE cookie to remember your language preference. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@newtrends.app. Account deletion removes all your data within 30 days.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
