Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AugurAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AugurAI is a viral content intelligence platform that analyzes short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to identify trending patterns by niche. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use AugurAI.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.

AugurAI operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when you create niches, perform Orbit Searches, or trigger niche updates. Credits do not roll over between billing periods and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Plan details, pricing, and credit allotments are listed on the Billing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. They handle billing, VAT, and tax compliance globally. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per Lemon Squeezy's refund policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to scrape, resell, or redistribute AugurAI data at scale
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the credit system
• Use automated bots to interact with the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The AugurAI platform, its design, and its AI-generated reports are owned by AugurAI. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to process your inputs solely to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the content analysis will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Viral trends are inherently unpredictable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AugurAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montevideo, Uruguay.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
